Looking for a cheap and healthy option to get fit and improve yourwaistline? Swimming is one of the healthiest activities you can do. It has a positive effect on your fitness and figure with little impact to your joints and bones, as well as your wallet. We have a wide range of sessions and lessons for all abilities and ages.
SWIMMING SESSION DETAILS
Early morning swim comprising of a fast and slow lane. Swimmers must be abide by the lane rules at all times, suitable for people aged 12 years upwards.
An adult session comprising of two lanes, a fast and slow one. Swimmers must abide by the lane rules at all times.
Comprises of one swimming lane and one general fun play lane. Children are allowed into the swim lane at the discretion of the pool lifeguard but must abide by the lane rules.
Ladies only session
This session comprising of two lanes, a fast and slow one. Swimmers must be abide by the lane rules at all times.
Young at heart session
Designed for the over 50's (lane line may be installed if the session becomes too busy).
A fun and friendly session for the whole family, children must be accompanied in the water with an adult (1:2 ratio).
Parent and toddler session
A quiet session allowing parents to introduce their toddler (6 months - up to full time school age) to swimming. This fun and enjoyable session is a great way to introduce your child to swimming at a early age.
A fun and exciting session with floats, rafts, toys and balls. a great way to unwind after a busy week!
