Boxercise


Boxercise is a class using boxing movements to improve overall fitness, co-ordination and flexibility.

Class Days/Times

Monday 7.00pm-8.00pm

Class Prices

Gold Members Free
Adult Silver & Bronze Members £5.15
Adult Non Member £6.15
Concession Silver & Bronze Members £4.35
Concession Non Member £5.40

Booking a Class
Due to strict heath and safety rules we can have no more than 30 people in each class. Therefore we have a booking system which runs as follows:
Bookings can only be made one week in advance of the class.
Booking cannot be made any earlier than 7 days in advance
.
Booking can only be made with payment. Therefore we cannot accept telephone bookings.
Each customer can only book a maximum of two places in each session, both spaces must be paid for at the time.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a class please notify us as soon as possible. If you fail to allow us 24 hours notice you will forfeit the amount paid for that booking. If you do allow more than 24 hours notice your money will be refunded but we cannot transfer payment to the following week. You must attend reception to rebook or collect your refund. Please remember to let us know if you cannot attend a class, as we may be able to offer your space to someone on the waiting list.

Before Booking
Before taking up any form of exercise it is wise to consider your current state of health. Always begin any new exercise slowly and build up gradually.
Please take time to read through the following questions:

Has your doctor ever said that you have a heart condition?

Do you feel pain in your chest when you do physical activity?

In the past month have you had pain in your chest when not doing physical activity?

Do you lose your balance because of dizziness or do you ever lose consciousness?

Do you have a bone or joint problem which could be made worse by a change in your physical activity?

Is your doctor currently prescribing drugs for blood pressure or any other medical condition?

Are you or do you think you might be pregnant?

Do you know of any other reason why you should not take part in vigorous physical activity?

If you have answered yes to any questions or have any concerns please consult your GP before commencing or continuing with your plans to be come physically active.
