Booking can only be made with payment. Therefore we cannot accept telephone bookings.
Each customer can only book a maximum of two places in each session, both spaces must be paid for at the time.
If you are unable to attend a class please notify us as soon as possible. If you fail to allow us 24 hours notice you will forfeit the amount paid for that booking. If you do allow more than 24 hours notice your money will be refunded but we cannot transfer payment to the following week. You must attend reception to rebook or collect your refund. Please remember to let us know if you cannot attend a class, as we may be able to offer your space to someone on the waiting list.
